BUILT-TO-STAY

When we say our bunks are "built-to-stay" we mean it in every sense of the word. Not only are they constructed with thick reinforced walls that are built to withstand the toughest of environments and situations, but they also feature a seamless, interlocking no-shift joint and weigh in at 3,800 lbs. This means that once these bunks are placed they are very hard to knock out of place.

SLOPED ALLEY WALL

We designed our bunks to have an alley wall that is sloped inward, this allows for easy grading, cleaning, and feeding. It also leads to a much stronger and more durable bunk.

SEAMLESS INTERLOCKING JOINT

Our pre-cast feed bunks weigh in at 3,800 lbs, offering serious stability. Designed with a seamless interlocking joint system, these bunks lock into place and don't move.

FIBRE MESH CONSTRUCTION

We use fibre mesh in our bunks and pads. This adds more structural rigidity than rebar, while additionally reducing water loss from the concrete, and creating higher impact resistance.
